ESS has innovative software and equipment for mould design and development, counting on a highly qualified and experienced team for the delivery of customized solutions.

ESS invests in high tech systems and equipment, counting on CNC Machining systems – 3 to 5 axis – EDM systems – penetration, wire and hole drilling –laser welding technology and specialized and experienced team of toolmakers. 

Associated to its mould production, ESS has a plastic injection division, equipped with plastic injection machines and support robots, together with an assembly line team.
