The ECO-DESIGN project of Ernesto São Simão Lda. is a project that intends to promote the qualification of the company for the development of new products, based on the concepts of sustainability and circular economy. The project envisages enabling the company to create its own range of sustainable products.

 

The project is supported by the European Regional Development Fund, through the programme Portugal 2020 SI Qualification, with a total eligible investment of 119,790.00 euros, with 45% of non-refundable incentive.

 

The investments of this project are associated with technological qualification, through the acquisition of design and simulation software, rapid prototyping systems (3D printing), consulting services, and certificatiosn in the areas of quality, environment and safety & hygiene. It is also contemplated the hiring of an Engineer within the scope of this project.

 

The project will run between January 2017 and January 2019.
